Integrative holistic and mindset coaching for energetic release, confidence building, navigating adversity, pain and stress with self-compassion tools, EFT tapping for anxious disorders and PTSD/CPTSD, relationships with clarity, and a deeper understanding of the self in overcoming self-limiting beliefs and shame/guilt cycles. 4-Part Relief Pack
$50/session
4-part series of integrative holistic healing technique, affirmations for self-confidence and shadow work, breathwork, meditations, simple sound healing, and a safe space for emotional support, mental health struggles, and overcoming self-criticism and anxiety/stress in our lives. $50.00 for each part of the series ($200.00 Total). One may choose as little as one session or two/three sessions if not able/interested in all four parts of the program.
